I’m kicking off part one of my new “Seasonal Style Series” with the girls first Autumn outfits.
There’s nothing our girls love more than crisp leaves underfoot and pretty dresses to twirl in.
The girls would wear dresses all year round given the chance, so this year I thought why not? There are so many ways to keep them beautifully dressed whilst staying cosy and warm.
Think layering, a little vest underneath, a soft cardi over the top, and tights & socks on the bottom. Who said kids can’t wear dresses in the winter months anyway?!
Matalan have the most beautiful collection of pinafore dresses that I’ve completely fallen in love with this Autumn.
I adore the colour and beautiful detail on the girl’s mustard pinafores, the quality of the cordial is brilliant making the dresses super warm.
They’re just so effortless, a well thought out look without having to think at all!
If your little ones are anything like mine then you’ll appreciate having a few of these little gems hanging proudly in their wardrobe as there’s no need to hunt out for a top to go underneath as being a two piece that’s taken care of!
Pop on a pair of snuggly tights, cute ankle booties and hey presto you’ve got two gorgeously dressed girls ready to begin another day of fun.
